2011 Genome 10K Meeting-March 16-18, 2011

This Genome 10K meeting will occur two years after the inaugural meeting that launched the project, with the purpose of analyzing the progress of the pilot project and, in light of that analysis, charting the course of the full project.

This project is now underway with a burgeoning database of more than 16,000 likely specimens, another 90 associates and affiliates, and a pilot project to sequence the first 100 species.

Still in early planning stages, times are not confirmed. More details to follow.
